Nature of the Service

This private reference site is separate from every government office. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or submit a record or court filing for a visitor.

Its pages point toward Bledsoe County and Tennessee inmate, jail, release, supervision, and court-record resources. Some tools are provided by independent research partners.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site and any information reached through it lawfully and without harming another person or interfering with the service.

• Do not violate any law through use of the site.
• Do not stalk, threaten, or harass anyone.
• Do not use site information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision.
• Do not try to enter accounts, servers, or systems without permission.
• Do not operate bots, automated scrapers, or bulk collection tools.
• Do not degrade, overload, or block access for other visitors.

FCRA Use Is Forbidden

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. By using it, a visitor agrees not to use its information for:

• A decision to hire, retain, promote, or dismiss a worker.
• Tenant selection or any housing decision.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to release records, sheriff or corrections pages, public portals, legal-aid resources, and independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control the destination's content, availability, security, or treatment of data, so visitors should read its own terms and privacy policy.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of information.
• Continuous or uninterrupted access.
• The absence of errors, defects, or security weaknesses.

Custody status and public records can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement by a sheriff, court, corrections department, or other government agency.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bledsoe County Released Inmates and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages resulting from access to or use of the site.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor's use of the service or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Bledsoe County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or modified without written permission.

Future Revisions

We may change these terms at any time. A revised version becomes effective once it is posted on this page.

Suspension of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Tennessee Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Tennessee.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
